Teasia Chai Latte

Chai LatteWhat better way to start the fall season than with a Chai Latte created with our very own k-cups. Are you looking to find the next trendy latte drink this season. Lets get the Fall started!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 Chai Tea K-cups
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 whole clove
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 ½ cups milk

Instructions:

  1. Place the following items: water, spices, and k-cups (Tea removed from k-cups) into a saucepan till it boils. Let the ingredients boil together for about 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in the sugar and milk and return mixture to a boil. Keep an eye on the mixture and stir occasionally.
  3. Strain your chai latte mixture and pour into your favorite mug.
  4. Garnish your latte with a stick of cinnamon or a whole clove. Enjoy!

PRO TIP: For a coconut flavor, try substituting milk with coconut milk, which makes this lovely drink vegan friendly!

Teasia English Breakfast Thai Iced Tea Recipe Recipe #6 of 8

English_Breakfast

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

2 Teasia English Breakfast K-Cups
1 Star Anise
½ Cinnamon Stick
¼ TSP Almond extract
1/8 Vanilla bean
Sweetened condensed milk
Evaporated milk
1 TBSP Sugar
3 TBSP Half and half
Mint leaves for garnish

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  1. Brew Teasia English Breakfast K-Cups as normal
  2. Add tea to pot on stove
  3. While tea is hot add, cinnamon stick, vanilla bean, star anise, almond extract and tamarind powder. Steep for five minutes
  4. Strain Teasia English Breakfast tea
  5. Stir in sugar until they are dissolved
  6. Pour the tea over ice, leaving room at the top of each glass for evaporated milk
  7. Drizzle one TSP of condensed milk on each glass of tea
  8. Add mint for garnish

Enjoy!

PRO TIP: Make this recipe vegan by using cream of coconut in place of sweetened condensed milk and coconut milk in place of evaporated milk.

Teasia Coconut Iced Tea Latte Recipe Recipe #5 of 8

Coconut Chai Tea

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1 Teasia Chai Tea K-Cup
1/3 C coconut cream
1 TSP raw honey

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  1. Brew your Chai Teasia K-Cup on the small cup setting
  2. Heat the coconut cream in a saucepan on the stove
  3. Add in the honey and tea while still warm
  4. Heat on low for 4 minutes
  5. Taste the tea and add more sweetener if you prefer
  6. Let tea cool and refrigerate until you are ready to enjoy
  7. Fill glass with cubed or crush ice

Add tea & Enjoy!

PRO TIP: You can sprinkle Chai Masala spice blend on top for garnish and to help kick the flavor up a notch if you prefer!

Teasia Chai Coconut Bubble Tea

Do you love coconut? Do you love Chai tea? We are adding another delicious bubble tea recipe to our lineup. If you haven’t checked out our Teasia Jasmine Green Tea Recipe.

Ingredients

2 Teasia Chai K-Cups
½ c to 1 c of sweetened coconut milk (vanilla flavor is good!)
½ cup tapioca pearls aka bubbles (you can find tapioca pearls at a fine online retail store. Follow instructions on the packaging.)
2 tablespoons of honey (you can sub honey with agave nectar to make this vegan-friendly)
ice cubes

Instructions

Brew your Teasia k-cup as you would in your Keurig. Let tea cool off.  Combine the Teasia Chai Tea with ice, milk and sweetener. You may either blend all ingredients in a blender or use a cocktail shaker. Place tapioca pearls in a tall glass. Pour tea mixture over pearls, and serve with a fat straw. Enjoy!

Introducing Teasia’s newest tea flavor: Chai Tea!

Spring has sprung and it is finally weather we can count on again. It’s getting warmer and it’s the perfect time to enjoy some fresh air outside. It’s not too hot but it’s not too chilly.  Teasia is choosing to celebrate with our latest addition to our International series, Teasia Chai Tea. Teasia Chai blends a strong black tea with aromatic Indian spices and herbs. It truly embodies the beautiful sunsets of India with unique and bright flavors.

Our new Teasia Chai got us inspired to push the limits and experiment with the beautiful flavors to see if we can create Chai infused dishes that will breathe fresh air into an old classic. In order to celebrate properly we’re baking up tried and true sugar cookies and topping them with a Teasia Chai tea icing to kick these cookies up a few notches.

This recipe is super simple but will blow your tastes buds away, let’s gets started.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

COOKIES:
1 TSP baking soda
½ TSP baking powder
2 ¾ Cups all-purpose flour
1 Cup softened butter
1 Egg
1 TSP vanilla extract
1 ½ Cups white sugar

ICING:
½ CUP Teasia Chai Tea, brewed
2 Cups powdered sugar
¼ TSP pure vanilla extract
1 ½ TBSP meringue powder

DIRECTIONS

COOKIES:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Mix together flour, baking soda, and baking powder
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  4. Slowly blend in the dry ingredients.
  5. Roll rounded spoonful of cookie dough into balls or roll out and cut out your favorite shapes
  6. Place on cookie sheet
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown
  8. ENJOY!

ICING:

  1. Let Teasia Chai Tea cool to room temperature.
  2. Combine powdered sugar and meringue powder in electric or stand mixer
  3. Add ¼ CUP of Teasia Chai Tea and vanilla extract to mixer
  4. Beat on medium speed for 5-10 minutes or until stiff, glossy peaks form.
  5. Add more tea or powdered sugar depending on your desired consistency.

PRO TIP:  Open a Teasia Chai Tea K-Cup pod and add the high quality loose leaves to your sugar cookie mix while blending all ingredients together to add additional spiced flavor.
