Chamomile tea is made from a daisy-like plant, bringing that extra sunshine to each cup. Besides its minty flavor, there are several other reasons why you should be enjoying a glass of chamomile tea regularly.

SLEEP AID

Where Chamomile gets most of its recognition is the fact that it is a natural sleep-aid. Enjoying a cup of chamomile tea about a half an hour before you decide to hit the hay, will really make a difference in the period of time it takes you to fall into a deep sleep. ALOHA! There is NOTHING we love more than a blended fruity drink. This tropical drink screams summer! The sweetness from the pineapple is perfectly balanced out by the fresh taste of mint. Grab your hammock and your favorite book and get ready for major relaxation vibes!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

4 Teasia Chamomile Mint K-Cups
½ cup of pineapple chunks (frozen works too)
2 cups of ice
2 tablespoons of chopped mint
Honey 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brew your Teasia Chamomile Mint Tea as normal and set aside to cool.
  2. Add cooled tea, ice, pineapple chunks and a drizzle of honey to a blender and blend together.
  3. Stir in the mint leaves
