Pumpkin Spice Latte with Timor Coffee

Pumpkin spice Latte

It’s starting to look more like Fall around us the cold weather is coming and the trees are turning. Bundle up with your comfy sweaters and start to whip up your very own Pumpkin Spice Latte for the Fall season.

Recipe:

2 cups milk
4 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1-2 shots of Teasia Espresso (brewed) Stronger brew flavor the better

Instruction:

Grab a saucepan and pour in milk, pumpkin, and sugar at medium heat, stir until it begins to steam. Remove from the items from the heat, stir with vanilla and spice, transfer everything into a blender and blend till the contents inside become foamy. Pour into a large mug. Add the hot pot of Teasia Espresso coffee on top. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, or cinnamon on top.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 Chai Tea K-cups
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 whole clove
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 ½ cups milk

Instructions:

  1. Place the following items: water, spices, and k-cups (Tea removed from k-cups) into a saucepan till it boils. Let the ingredients boil together for about 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in the sugar and milk and return mixture to a boil. Keep an eye on the mixture and stir occasionally.
  3. Strain your chai latte mixture and pour into your favorite mug.
  4. Garnish your latte with a stick of cinnamon or a whole clove. Enjoy!

PRO TIP: For a coconut flavor, try substituting milk with coconut milk, which makes this lovely drink vegan friendly!
