Simple Black Detox Tea

In 2018, we are all about getting our health on.  Luckily we have the perfect way to do it especially when summer is right around the corner. Studies show that those who drink tea had 20 percent less body fat than those who didn’t drink tea at all. Lets start getting 20% more healthy  and set it as our ultimate goal. It’s definitely not too late to get ready for that beach body that we have been thinking about. It’s time to kick all the salt and the alcohol that leaves your belly bloated and ultimately it can end up making you feel uncomfortable. Our Teasia Black Tea has heaps of benefits. It helps improve blood flow and also blood vessel dilation. Adding a simple squeeze of lemon can also increase the health benefits by helping you fight that bloat. Next time you wake up from a night of partying to a bloated belly give this recipe a try.

Teasia Iced Peach Green Tea Recipe #1 of 8

During these hot summer months we know we are always trying to look for ways to cool off. What better way than to brew up some iced tea and add some fruit to it!

Today we are introducing our 8 days of iced tea recipes using all of our 8 delicious flavors from our Formosa Series and our Floral Series.

One of my favorite fruits are peaches. Especially during the summertime, there is nothing better than a sweet, juicy peach. Except of course, a sweet glass of iced peach green tea. To take the edge off of the heat, this drink is perfect to pair with a summertime BBQ or a lay out by the pool.

Teasia Peach Green Tea Recipe

WHAT  YOU’LL NEED:

5 Teasia Green Tea K-cups
2 large peaches
½ cup of water
½ cup of honey or agave nectar (if you want this recipe to be vegan-friendly).

DIRECTIONS:

First off combine water and honey in a saucepan and heat on the stovetop, stirring constantly. Once the honey has dissolved set aside to cool. This will be your simple syrup.

Brew the Teasia Green Tea K Cups as directed and add into a heat safe pitcher and set aside to cool.

Puree peaches and mix with 1 cup of water. Strain the puree to eliminate any extra pulp.

Combine peach puree,  tea, simple syrup and add a cup of water.

Garnish with peach slices.

ENJOY!

Tomorrow, we will be featuring our NEXT iced tea recipe in our Summer Iced Tea Recipe Series. Don’t miss out and share these delicious, healthy and refreshing recipes. They’re so easy and so delicious.
