Relaxing Facial Steam Recipe

Ready for a relaxing facial steam? This is a great at home remedy to try after you’ve had a long day and are wanting to kick back and begin unwinding for the day. These vitamin packed ingredients will leave your skin feeling healthy and refreshed, not to mention it’ll help open your pores helping rid of any unwanted toxins.

Teasia Chamomile Mint Tea is a soothing blend with a hint of peppermint that truly makes it a great ingredient for a night cap.

Ingredients:
1 kcup of Teasia Chamomile Mint Tea
5 drops of Geranium Oil
1 tsp Lavender Oil
1/2 tsp of Sage
2 tsp Dried Rose Petals
Juice of Half a Lemon

 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the K-Cup Chamomile Mint Tea as instructed per box.
  2. Source all of your other ingredients and combine them in a medium sized bowl that will cover the circumference of your face.
  3. Slowly pour he Chamomile Mint Tea into the bowl
  4. Mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon for about 30 seconds
  5. Strain the herbs and flowers
  6. Wash your face and remove all makeup
  7. Facing down towards the facial steam, drape the towel over the back of your head
  8. Steam for up to 10 minutes or until the steam ends
  9. Rinse your face with cold water and pat dry
  10. Relax and enjoy!

One of the girl’s here has made her own using our very own green tea! Here’s what Lindsay says helps soothe her skin and has added it to her beauty regime. The secret ingredient is Teasia Green Tea  . She has combined both of her beauty secrets to create a dry skin haven! Next time your skin is suffering, whip up this homemade scrub and treat yo self to an exfoliating heaven.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
⅛ cup of brewed Teasia Green Tea
⅛ cup of olive oil

1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cute container of your choice (make sure it has a tight lid)

What You Need

5 kcups of  Teasia’s Black Iced Tea
½ cup frozen blueberries
Strainer
Ice
Blender

Directions

  1. Brew all kcups and set aside to cool. Note: You can use the second brew in our kcup as well and make even more tea!
  2. Add blueberries and a cup of iced tea into a blender and puree until smooth. Make sure to strain the liquid so your drink isn’t chunky.
  3. Add into a pitcher or serve in glasses.

How to make Coffee without a coffee maker.

For most of us, our day doesn’t start until we’ve had our cup of coffee. But some of us don’t have a coffee maker and that keeps us from getting our daily kick of caffeine in the morning! However, fret not, because you don’t always need a coffee maker to brew your coffee. It can be done without it too!

Let’s dive into the making of coffee!

  1. Measure a tablespoon of coffee for one cup
  2. Grind your coffee on medium, it should end up looking like sand
  3. Place your filter on top of the coffee cup
  4. Pour a tiny amount of water on the grounds and let them sit for 30 seconds
  5. Pour half of the water slowly over the grounds (30 second duration)
  6. Pour the rest of the water in smaller increments (three or four)
  7. Toss the filter with the grounds
  8. There you have it! If you like, you can add creamer and sugar. But congrats on making your very own fresh cup of coffee!

Drinking a cup of tea whether it’s hot or iced is a great way to relax and quench your thirst, but did you know that tea is good for beauty too? Below are some beauty tips using our very own tea.

Tip #1 Add Shine to Dull Hair:
Use Teasia black tea or Teasia green tea  to rinse your hair to give them a boost of shine. Use one kcup and prepare as instructed on the box. Set aside cup of tea for 15 minutes until completely cool.  Pour it onto wet hair & leave it for 10 minutes. Shampoo and condition after. Notice how beautiful and shiny your hair becomes without any chemicals.

Tip #2 Minimize Bug Bites:
